Professional use
Files and calibrations are for trained automotive-electronics professionals. A wrong flash can destroy an ECU, immobilize a vehicle or create an unsafe car. You are responsible for identifying SW/HW, using a stable PSU, checksums, and the law where the vehicle is registered. DPF, EGR, OPF/GPF, SCR/AdBlue and similar deletes may be limited to off-road or competition use.
The product
ECU File Market provides custom ECU/TCU calibration (Stage 1 / Stage 2, gearbox work and related workshop services) after you upload an original file. Original dumps for instant download are sold on ecuflashfiles.com. We do not guarantee a particular power figure, emissions result or MOT/ITV outcome.
Accounts and uploads
Keep your password confidential. Uploaded dumps must be files you are allowed to process. Do not upload malware. We may suspend accounts that abuse the shop or other customers.

Intellectual property
The website, copy and tools belong to us or our licensors. Purchased files are licensed for your workshop use on the vehicle/job they were sold for — not for redistribution as a competing library.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, which is the law of the company that currently operates the shop. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply if you are a consumer. Workshops buying as businesses agree that the courts of Iași, Romania may hear disputes, without limiting either party’s right to seek an injunction elsewhere. When a Swiss company takes over the shops, these terms will be updated to Swiss law.
